Middle childhood to adolescence is an important period of individual development.Rejection sensitivity is an individual trait,which refers to an individual's anxious anticipation,readiness awareness and tendency to overreact to rejection in social situations.In the process of interpersonal interaction,if children with high rejection sensitivity realize that they may be rejected and cannot be accepted by others,they will be extremely sensitive to rejection clues,and tend to regard very subtle or even vague clues as rejection clues,thus causing adverse psychological adjustment problems such as depression,anxiety and loneliness.Based on this,by reviewing a large number of literature,this study introduces social avoidance and emotion regulation ability declined to sensitive influence children's psychological adaptation process,refused to sensitivity affect children's mental adaptation to further explain the cause and the action mechanism of the high rejection sensitivity to explore training on individual way to provide the reference,can also be used to strengthen children's psychological adapt to provide certain theoretical basis and feasible Suggestions.The first study selected an elementary school and a middle school in Shanghai,and 558 children from grade 4 to grade 7 were tested.with a CRSQ(Children Rejection Sensitivity Questionnaire),Social Avoidance Scale,Illinois Loneliness Questionnaire,Chinese version of the self-regulation scale,social anxiety scale for children-revised,and the child depression scale were measured.The second Study On the basis of the first,20 children were selected for qualitative interviews.Research indicates:(1)There are significant grade differences in children's rejection sensitivity,social avoidance,and psychological adaptation indicators selected in this article:loneliness,depression,and anxiety.Junior high school students score significantly higher than primary school students.There are significant grade differences in mood regulation ability,and the scores of junior high school students are significantly lower than those of elementary school students.The gender difference of anxiety is significant,and the level of anxiety of girls is significantly higher than that of boys.The interaction between gender and grade was not significant.(2)Rejection sensitivity and social avoidance were positively correlated with loneliness,depression and social anxiety,and negatively correlated with emotional regulation ability.(3)Children's rejection sensitivity can significantly positively predict loneliness,depression and social anxiety,and higher rejection sensitivity can lead to children's psychological maladjustment;Social avoidance and emotional regulation play a chain mediating role between children's rejection sensitivity and psychological adaptation.(4)Interviews revealed that children with high rejection sensitivity were lower than children with low rejection sensitivity in terms of individual authenticity and general trust.High rejection sensitivity can negatively predict individual authenticity and general trust level.
