This paper analyzes the aria “Les pecheurs de perles”in Bizet's opera pearl catcher,so as to understand the author's life achievement.To explore the singing technique of mezza voce by understanding the style and emotion of his music works.The pearl fisherman is Bizet's first famous work,but it is truly fascinating in terms of its background.The story is about two fishermen who fall in love with a beautiful woman and clash over love,friendship and faith.Despite the radical storyline,the audience kept coming.The audience was attracted by Bizet's creative talent and his music.Bizet not only integrated the elements of symphony in pearl catcher,but also added ballet elements to make the opera more full in the performance.The background time of Bizet's creation is in the romantic period.The features of music in this period are free and romantic,which makes an obvious contrast with the music style in the classical period.Bizet integrates the romantic and music characteristics of French people into his works,and enriches the fullness of the music from the harmony and orchestration to achieve the dramatic effect of opera.
