The Functional Research Of Rural Cultural Auditorium In Current Rural Governance

With the continuous advancement of economic construction,rural public cultural construction has become an important part of rural governance.In 2013,the Propaganda Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to build a rural cultural auditorium in the administrative villages of the province with the aim of cultural facilities and cultural heritage.Cultural communication truly makes culture a spiritual sustenance for the masses.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed a strategy for rural revitalization,emphasizing the need to improve the rural governance system that combines autonomy,the rule of law,and the rule of virtue.The rural cultural construction with the rural cultural hall as the carrier is an important part of rural governance and counteracts the process of rural governance.Therefore,the functional study of the rural cultural auditorium in the current rural governance should be fully strengthened,and the rural cultural auditorium should be given full play.Intrinsic value in rural governance.Taking Deqing County of Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper studies the function,effect and existing problems of rural cultural auditorium in Deqing County in rural governance,and points out the role that the whole Zhejiang rural cultural auditorium should play and can put forward the feasibility.Suggestions and measures provide the basis for the next step of creating a rural cultural auditorium.The article is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the background of the topic and combs and analyzes the relevant research status.The second part is the concept and significance of rural cultural auditorium construction and rural governance,and analyzes the internal relationship between rural cultural auditorium construction and rural social governance.The third part takes Deqing County as an example,and conducts in-depth investigations in the form of questionnaires and interviews.It analyzes the promotion effect of Deqing County Cultural Auditorium on rural governance and analyzes the lack of management talents and functions in the process of promoting rural governance in Deqing County Rural Culture Hall.Limited,insufficient industrial development and other issues.Thefourth part puts forward constructive suggestions and countermeasures for the rural governance and development under the background of rural cultural auditorium construction and rural revitalization.It is proposed to highlight the role of township sage under the background of cultural auditorium,strengthen self-service and management of village self-government,and improve rural governance.The rule of law and the connotation of the rule of virtue,fostering the red front of popularizing the core values of socialism;broadening the channels of diversification of funds to further develop the economic hall economy.
