In the early twentieth century, with the rise of positivism and naturalism, traditional aesthetic concepts were severely challenged. In this turn,a group of opponents were directly shaped, although they were in the methods and main points of aesthetic research. There are certain differences, but they have invariably questioned or even attacked positivism and traditional aesthetics. The ontology of life ontology represented by Schopenhauer and Bergson has begun to question the ontology of life.Romantic aesthetics is gradually transitioning to "art for art" aestheticism, and expressionist aesthetics was born in this era.The thesis of this article "Collingwood's acceptance and transformation of Croce's aesthetic thoughts" is intended to discuss from two directions: On the one hand, the author combs Croce's expressionist aesthetics on intuition, emotion, and expression, thereby explaining Croce The influence of Roche's thought on Collingwood;on the other hand,he also focused on the reform of Collingwood's intuition and emotion in Croce's aesthetics while integrating the prophase and later Collingwood aesthetic thoughts. The entry point of this article is Croce and Collingwood's Expressionist Aesthetics. The first part of this topic discusses Croce's intuitionistic expressionism with "intuition" as the core and Collingwood's expressionist aesthetics with "imagination" as the core. The intention is to form a meeting point between the two discussions on expression and emotion. This paper focuses on the connection between the concepts of "imagination" and "intuition" and performance mentioned by the two. This part is the "prelude" to this article. The second part focuses on the relationship between Croce and Collingwood, focusing on how young Collingwood accepted Croce's aesthetics, and how he responded to Croce's influence,in an attempt to give Collingwood's aesthetics.A complete and clear presentation of the process of thought change, which in turn laid a solid foundation for his later transformation of Croce's aesthetic thoughts. The third part discusses Collingwood's breakthrough and transformation of Croce's aesthetic thoughts, and will discuss the breakthroughs in philosophy and logic to achieve the redefinition of core concepts such as "emotion","imagination" and "language",as well as specific art The transformation of the problem is discussed in detail. Finally,in the concluding part, the expressionist aesthetics is placed in the long river of history, facing the meaning of expressionist aesthetics, and from the perspective of intuition and imagination,Collingwood summarizes and rethinks Croce's aesthetic thoughts. The value of this article is to clarify how Collingwood accepted and reformed Croce's aesthetic thoughts, which can help us understand the limitations of Croce's thoughts and re-understand Collingwood's aesthetics of Croce's thoughts. The deep meaning of acceptance and transformation restores the real and specific academic development context. At this point,we have realized that the study of Collingwood's aesthetics should not be limited to Collingwood's later aesthetic thoughts, but should be combined with his prophase and later aesthetics thoughts, focusing on examining Collingwood's acceptance of Croce's aesthetic thoughts. And transformation of connotation.
