The format of “jiu+personal pronoun+(X)” is widely used in modern Chinese and has distinct oral features.The study of this format is not only conducive to a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of the format itself,but also to enrich the study of modern Chinese format teaching.The content of this paper can be divided into two parts: the research and teaching design of the format of “jiu+personal pronoun+(X)”.The research on the“jiu+personal pronoun+(X)” format is mainly carried out from three aspects: syntax,semantics and pragmatics.Syntactically,“jiu” is the limited adverb of the scope and the object of the personal pronoun.The “personal pronoun” is qualified as the subject of the variable “X”.The variable “X” acts as a predicate in this format.The main components of “X” are noun or noun phrase,verb or verb phrase,adjective or adjective phrase,subject-predicate structure and vacancy.From the perspective of syntax function,this format can be used as a sentence or a clause of complex sentence.In a single sentence,the length is short,the structure is simple,and the tone is strong.When making the clauses of complex sentences,they are mostly located at the back of complex sentences,mainly appearing in the six complex sentences of explanation,transition,juxtaposition,continuation,causality and hypothesis.From the perspective of semantic nature,the format of “jiu+personal pronoun+(X)” has three properties: contrast,exclusiveness and subjectivity.The objects and their attributes referred to in this format have distinct positive and negative oppositions;the adverb “jiu” has a strong exclusiveness to the limitation and prominence of the objects concerned;speakers often use this format to emphasize facts and their own attitudes,with a prominent subjectivity.Pragmatically,the format of “jiu+personal pronoun+(X)” has a distinct colloquial style,and is often used in five different situations,such as debate between two sides,explanation,joke,anger and persuasion,reprimand or scolding.In different speech situations,the use of this format is closely related to the speaker's speech behavior.In the situation of explanation,there are more speech acts of emphasis;in the situation of joke,anger and persuasion,and reprimand or scolding,there are more blame speech acts;in the situation of debate between the two parties,there are more sarcastic speech acts.The teaching design of the format of “jiu+personal pronoun+(X)” takespromoting the effective output of the format as its overall goal.On the basis of the principle of combining grammar,semantics and pragmatics,the principle of wholeness and the principle of learning for practical use,it formulates a teaching plan that conforms to the format characteristics and students' learning situation characteristics.
