Research On Community Correction Functions Of County-level Judicial Administrative Organs

In the system of community correction in our country,the judicial administrative organs at the county level play the basic role of the basic level,and ensure the smooth implementation of the community correction.It is very important to scientifically determine and optimize the functions of the county judicial administrative organs,to lay a solid foundation for community correction in our country,and to further the development of community correction.Based on the research status at home and abroad as the basis,using literature research,case analysis,empirical analysis and other methods,to define the basic concepts,the judicial administrative organ of the community correction function of basic theory,functions and functions were also analyzed.Wuhua Kunming District Bureau of justice created a community correction "Wuhua model",is the benchmark of community corrections in Yunnan.In Kunming District of Wuhua City Bureau of justice community correction practice as an example,the basic situation,main methods,performance analysis,case of success and failure are analyzed,found the legal basis is not perfect,the departments involved with is not in place,the team construction should be strengthened,the correction quality should be improved,the informatization level is not high,social awareness the problem is not high,up from the case to the general effect.Combined with the problems,put forward to perfect the legal system of community correction,the realization of "law";to strengthen the team building,improve the coordination mechanism;strengthen community correction norms,improve the correction quality;strengthen the propaganda,build good social support system;information technology to lead,to form a new mode of regulation five function optimization of the path of ascension,to promote the reform and development of community correction,building a safe Chinese.
