Policy publicity,as an important part of policy implem entation,largely determines the ultimate effect of policy implementation.At present,China is undergoing a period of social transformation.People's social and cultural mentality is constantly changing and values are becoming more and more diverse.This has brought severe challenges to policy advocacy.Under the traditio nal planned economy system,formalized policy publicity can also be accepted and accepted by citizens.However,under the m arket economy system,people pay m ore attention to the “self”,and at this tim e,they must obtain public recognition of the policy and realize For policy purposes,it is necessary to explore scientific and reasonable conditions in line with the current social environment and national conditions,and to m eet the requirements of multi-value background.T his will ensure the smooth and effective implementation of various national policies and promote the sustainable and stable developm ent of society.This article has conducted in-depth research on this issue.First of all,it explains the relevant concepts and theories of policy publicity in China's transition period;secondly,it points out the transformation of China through the presentation of the po licy propaganda issues in the transition period,the evolution process and the status quo.Issues of policy publicity during the period,and analyzed th e causes of problem s in the process of policy advocacy;again,the policy advocacy issue was viewed in a more systematic and dialectical perspective,and the interaction between policy advocacy and policy processes and policy advocacy were analyzed.The pos itive and negative effects.Finally,it proposes to improve the quality of policy publicity in China' s transitional period,and provides a reference for solving the problems in China's policy advocacy during the transition period.
