Research On The Implementation Deviation Of Local Government Policies In China's Transition Period

At present,Chinese social transformation has entered the crucial moment--a crucial period and the deep water area,the long-term accumulation of social and economic problems continue to appear,but the solution of the problem depends on the government scientific and effective implementation of public policy related.But social transformation means the alternation and fusion of old and new systems,so the public policy environment created on the basis of showing the characteristics of complex,changeable and diverse,the public policy also presents the characteristics of volatile,short-term,immediate.Therefore,China's local governments in the implementation of public policy will inevitably be distorted,perfunctory,alternative to the implementation of a series of phenomena such as deviation.This not only deepens the uncertainty of social life,but also makes the lack of social trust structure and undermines the authority of public policy.Obviously,for the development of China's transition period,it is particularly important for the local government to implement the relevant public policy scientifically and effectively in the complicated and changeable policy environment.Especially with the development of information technology in the transition period,the accumulation of the original amount of information,the type of social governance,the number of information,the number of local governments to increase the difficulty of policy enforcement.Therefore,this paper analyzes the main links of the local government's public policy implementation bias,and then analyzes the reasons for the deviation of local government policy implementation and puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
