Research On The Guidance Of Marxist Mass View On The Legalization Of Social Governance

To promote and implement national and social law governance goal,Marx Lenin,is the basic core of "national governance" theory of the pursuit,is the new era of governance of the major innovation and development,national and social law governance reality to deal with the big data era of international competition and challenge,is of great significance to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.First of all,this article is based on Marx’s concept of the masses,by definition,analysis of the masses and Lenin and China Marx nationalists to create the development concept of the masses,to explain the scientific connotation of Marx’s concept of the masses and the important content,and three aspects to solve the path from the law of social development,the essence of socialism,and realistic problems discusses the realization of social governance by law should take Marx’s concept of the masses as the yardstick,fully embodies the people’s subjective consciousness,from people’s actual view,is to promote the important guiding thought of social governance law transformation.Secondly,based on the analysis of the relationship between national governance and social governance,since 30 years of reform and opening up,our standard of living rising,the rapid progress of science and technology,political civilization and economic civilization also further deepened,but with the material needs and spiritual needs of our people’s growing conflicts between the individual interests of the state.And the collective interests and people’s increasing social contradictions also gradually intensified reality,and government supervision,and breach of privilege people’s legal consciousness is not high and the blind of interests and other social governance by law and difficulties on the road to hinder the advance,more in-depth understanding and analysis of the concept and characteristics of social governance,social governance and the realization of the rule of law theory of rationality and historical inevitability.Finally,this paper is under the guidance of the thought of Marx’s view of masses,provides the path selection,three aspects including social governance rule of law: to clear the main masses in social governance in the realization form,provide a clear institutional basis and good legal environment,adhere to the "rule of law" and "rule of virtue",as the indispensable social governance by law.The transition of social governance rule of law is not a short duration of time can be achieved overnight,we need the party,the government and the masses of the people,always do not shift the correct guidance of the firm of Marx’s concept of the masses,adhere to the people’s interests,respect the people’s historical status,realize people’s free and all-round development;always confident,rational bottleneck deal with the current problems in the practice of social governance and the rule of law in the process of encounter,timely reflection,summed up the reasons and factors.We believe that through the joint efforts of our party,the government and the masses of the people,we will be able to achieve the great goal of the rule of law of social governance at an early date.
