The Ji'nan incident in May 3,1928 is a significant event in the history of Sino-Japanese relations,and is also a sign of the gradual change in the pattern of international relations in East Asia.For this important event that affects the Sino-Japanese relations,there are many studies in academic circles,mainly around Chiang Kai Shek's or the Nanjing National Government's decision-making toward Japan,there are few studies from the perspective of the Japanese government.It is worth noting that the Tanaka administration is against the world,outrageously provoked the Ji'nan incident,to a certain extent,subject to domestic political parties under the government disputes,and the dispute finally also contributed to the peaceful settlement of the case on Ji'nan incident.Although some scholars pay attention to this special phenomenon,and is interested in this perspective are analyzed,but not confined to Japanese data,these discussions are vague.The dynamic impact on the microscopic changes of Japanese government disputes was produced,the lack of in-depth and detailed analysis.This paper is based on the view of Takejiro tokonami.After analyzing his political behavior before and after 1928,we are going to understand the national government domestic and foreign affairs from a perspective of the interactive relationship between Japan and China.The full text is divided into five parts:The introduction mainly expounds the purport and significance of this topic,especially focuses on the related academic history,trying to discriminate the rich problems of Ji'nan incident and explore some historical details which are not yet concerned by historians.In the first chapter,we mainly focus on the negotiations between the Japanese government and the Japanese government before and after the case of Ji'nan incident.Taking Chiang Kai Shek and Tanaka Yoshihito as the main research object,this paper discusses the diplomatic ideas and countermeasures of the highest decision-makers in the two countries.The second chapter,by combing Cai Zhikan events,quit of Takejiro tokonami and Japanese government disputes which affecting the Sino Japanese relations,we can study Takejiro tokonami's political motivation and the Japanese government's attitude toward china.The third chapter takes the trip to China as the main line.On the one hand,we study the basic historical facts,and discuss the internal affairs and diplomacy of the national government on the basis of the interaction between Takejiro tokonami and Chinese government.The conclusion is to analyze the effect of this trip,and to make an objective and impartial evaluation of the incident of the visit to China.By combing the process about Ji'nan incident,Nanjing national government always adhere to the diplomatic means to resolve the dispute,to a certain extent subject to the understanding of Japanese political parties,the visit of Takejiro tokonami just to meet the expectations of the government hopes to overthrow the Tanaka cabinet.As for Takejiro tokonami,he really cherished the desire to improve Sino-Japanese relations.But when he faced the temptation of political power,he still inevitably turned to the hard attitude toward China.Facts have proved that the improvement of Sino-Japanese relations by relying on political parties in other countries can not fundamentally solve the problem of China and Japan.
