The Russia-Japan relationship in contemporary international relations is one of the important bilateral relations.The two countries have a stake in geopolitics and geopolitics.The development of stable bilateral relations will have a major impact on promoting peace and development in the Asia-Pacific region and even the world.After entering the 21 st century,great changes have taken place in the international political structure,which has prompted Russia and Japan to adjust the development of bilateral diplomatic relations.Compared with the new century,the diplomatic relations between Russia and Japan have made progress in various fields.However,Russia and Japan have problems in territorial disputes,lack of adequate military mutual trust,and unbalanced economic cooperation,which have become obstacles to the development of diplomatic relations between the two countries.In particular,after the Ukrainian crisis,Russia-Japan relations will ease.Pull it back to low tide.Territorial disputes cannot be resolved in a short period of time.They have even become the main factors hindering the signing of a peace treaty between the two countries.However,the two countries have different interests in each other,and they can still see the close cooperation between the two countries in political and economic fields.
