In the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping proposed: in the field of anti-corruption,the goal of creating a deterrent against corruption has been initially attained;the cage of institutions that prevents corruption has been strengthened;and moral defenses against corruption are in the making.The anti-corruption campaign has built into a crushing tide,and is being consolidated and developed.This is the affirmation and summary of the current anti-corruption work in our country,and also hinting that the issue of power corruption is still a difficult problem for China to build a clean government.Power corruption problem has always been the focus of the national construction in our country,also is the focus of the society,and the corruption and authority has close relation.In the current society,the discussion of the conception and the use of the authority have very important significance to our country for a long time.Marxist theory has long been the foundation of the Chinese communist party's ruling idea,and the Marxist conception is also consistent with our national condition,discussing the connotation of Marxist conception of nature,reading classic Marxist writers through the ages on the analysis of the conception,and firmly grasp the Marxism about the power and the people,services,supervision power and restriction,so it can provides more scientific and correct theoretical guidance for China's construction of normative clean government.Now the anti-corruption construction in our country,either from the legal laws and regulations level,or punishment and prevention mechanism,or the theory of the construction of anti-corruption education,or the practical work of the ruling ability has a new upgrade,all get some remarkable achievements in all aspects of the work of anti-corruption.However,there are still some deficiencies in the root of the problem,there are many places need to improve and progress,such as the integrity of the laws and regulations and the predictability remains to be improved,the supervision mechanism needs to be strengthened,standardized operation of power within the party to be strengthened,part of the Party cadres in the party spirit consciousness still has many shortcomings,therefore,in China's anti-corruption construction road on the road,we need to continue to explore,correctly use the Marx concept of power to analyze the reasons,find a way out,and better build a clean government.Depending on Marx's Marxist view of power,improving the party's anti-corruption work,implementation of clean government China real,is fundamental to China's anti-corruption work,our party and government organs at all levels of staff should establish Marx's conceptof power,truly representative of the interests of the people,the power to truly serve the people,and the perspective of the construction of the national level,from the following aspects,promote anti-corruption work: one is to improve the legal system,strengthen the rule of law thinking and strengthen law enforcement,strengthening the rule of law to protect against corruption,ensuring that the power in the sun;the two is to continue to improve the mechanism of balance of power,perfect the administrative “Three point” coordinate system and strengthening the supervision system to the formation of the balance mechanism of state power;three party is by giving full play to the function of democratic supervision,restricting the function of democratic parties,the supervision function of discipline inspection organs and broadening the anti-corruption ways to improve democratic centralism,promoting the party supervision;four relying on the government decentralization,public affairs and other means to ensure and promote the rational division of labor,the mechanism of effective combination;the five is to rely on highlighting the focus of education,innovation education,and optimize the educational environment to grasp the essence of education,strengthen party education,improve the style of construction,to truly improve the anti-corrosion staff of government agencies to resist ability.
