Philosophical Reflection On Corruption Of Public Power In China

Public power corruption is a social cancer.Nowadays,china has also infected.Public power corruption not only interferes with the legitimacy of the ruling party,weakens the credibility of the government,hampers the process of Chinese economic development,but also debases the social morality,which will result in injustice and turmoil of the society,infringes the fundamental interests of the people.Thus,it's imperative to fight against public power corruption.After the 18 th congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has enacted a series of rules and regulations for the construction of clean government and anti-corruption.It has taken various measures to fight "the big tiger" and "the files",which curbed the momentum of corruption.Though efficient it is,we shall also know that the root of public power corruption has not been eradicated.After the party and government has been punished the corruption seriously,there are still some officials do not restrain themselves.It is said that law is strong,but the outlaws are ten times stronger.The form of public power corruption has become increasingly covert and diversity.The author believes that eliminating the corruption of public power in China,scrutinizing some related issues based in philosophy is a must.Meanwhile,it is necessary to analyze the phenomena,characteristics and causes of public power corruption comprehensively,in our country,and seek some related countermeasures from the aspects of integrality,systematisms,coordination and scientificity.This paper tries to study the issue of corruption of public power from a philosophical perspective.Firstly,based on the severe situation of public power corruption in our country,this paper analyzes the harm of public power corruption to politics,economy,culture and society,and proves the necessity and urgency of the anti-corruption.Secondly,it defines the connotation of public power corruption,and points out the characteristics of public power corruption,such as corruption of high officials,corruption of the retiring officials,abused power of those who abetted by family members,corruption of those officials who covering each other.In addition,it mainly manifested in the alienation of public power,in the exchange of public power and in abuse of public power.Then,from the philosophical dimension,the author explores China's corruption of public power,and respectively puts forward the analysis of China's current public power corruption from the aspects of system,environment,culture and human nature,and analysis of the corruption case about the military officer "big tiger" Xu Caihou's abuse of public power,and analyzes the extremely complex subjective and objective reasons which resulted in Xu's consequences;Last but not least,in Marx's philosophy theory and the countermeasures of China's anti-corruption thoughts in the new period,this paper puts forward to the correct understanding and handling of corruption and corruption prevention and punishment,the rule of virtue and rule of law,self-discipline and heteronomy,top-down and bottom-up,periodicity and chronically,individual value and social value of dialectical relationship;strengthen Marx's world outlook,outlook on life and ethics and the education of the value of power;accelerate the construction and improvement of anti-corruption system;and strive to create a "dare not corrupt,shall not corrupt,will not corrupt" disciplinary mechanism and social environment.
