According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics,as of 2017,the national population of 60 years of age and above 240.9 million people,China has become the world's largest elderly population of the country.At the same time,the degree of aging is still accelerating,fertility continues to slump,China's pension situation is very grim.The development of endowment industry faces various difficulties.First,the connotation and concept of "endowment" is vague,government,enterprises,organizations,individuals in the old-age pension of their respective boundaries is vague,even the old-age pension industry and the relationship between the elderly is difficult to say;second,the pension industry's profit model is difficult to establish,the elderly's overall consumption capacity is lower than the social average level;Finally,the biggest dilemma in fact in the development of ideas,the "market" as a panacea.After analyzing the endowment model at home and abroad,the author analyses deeply the policy,economy,population and technical environment of Kunming endowment industry.After analyzing the economic environment of the endowment industry,I deny the thought of the development of the endowment industry,and thinks that the development mode of the complete marketization is the essential reason of the current endowment-producing predicament.Endowment industry is a cross sector,cross-industry,cross industry.The development model of Kunming Endowment industry needs the participation of Government,enterprise,community and family.The development model of the endowment industry is composed of five functional systems: one is the resource integration system with the Government as its core,the other is the resource allocation system based on the community;The demand reporting system based on the home unit;four is the supply competition system with the choice of market Five is the whole system of supply chain management and performance evaluation system.The essence of endowment problem is population problem,so reducing "human investment" is the essential characteristic of the development mode of endowment industry.
