Research On Integrated Supply Chain Management Of Construction Industry

China's construction industry is a prop industry of China's economy, which plays an important role in national economy development. Economy globalization permits lots of well-known enterprises and advanced management ideas entering China, which makes the construction market more competitive and amplifies the problems it owns. Supply chain management (shorted as SCM), a giant naissance brought about by the economy globalization, is an integrated management ideaThis paper combines demonstration research and theoretics research to analyze the root of SCM with the three theories, game Theory, Transaction Costs Economics, and System Theory. The paper applies SCM into the construction industry of China and produces the interrelated definitions and operation flows. Construction supply chain management is a synchronous control of all the participators of a project based on shared information, the aim of which is to achieve the best effect. And it also researches the mode, organization and operation mechanism of the construction industry. Finally, the paper draws a conclusion that the construction supply chain is an availability chain and the integrated organization including more than one enterprise and department is an organizational framework based on constructive processes. But if the mode is successfully used in construction industry, the mechanisms of benefit distribution, reliance and excitation will be more important.The results of the paper conduce to improve compositive competence and core competition competence and can be a theoretical guide for the SCM actualization of China's construction industry.
