The Modern Supply Chain Management System Study

With the globalization of market and economy, the management philosophy based on single enterprise has not won competition. The competition among enterprises is turning to that among supply chains. Therefore, SCM (Supply Chain Management) becomes a new enterprise management philosophy.SCM is a management philosophy based on extended enterprise. With the advanced management idea and information technologies, SCM optimize and reengineer the resources in whole supply chain and make the supply chain work seamlessly in order to gain better service and achieve goal of win-win.Combined with the CIMS project of jingu magnesium company, the basic theories, application, relative technologies of SCM are discussed and researched in this paper. On the base of research, this paper proposes the framework of jingu magnesium SCM system and provides a integration solution. Besides, an E-Supplying software prototype based on Web is developed with JSP. Focusing on procurement plan, supply plan and freight plan, this system provides an information platform for communicating among suppliers, producers and logistics and makes enterprises gain and trace correlative information of plan and order.
