With the continuous development of the world economy, climate warming has become a global concern. How to reduce carbon emissions has become the key to responding to global greenhouse gas emissions. In 1979,with the World Climate Conference in Geneva, the issue of dealing with global climate change was put on the agenda. The successive promulgation of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol provide a basic framework for the global response to climate change at the legal level.China has been actively responding to climate change and is also actively exploring carbon emissions trading. From the regional carbon pilots to the gradual transition of the national carbon market,we have issued a legal policy on carbon emissions trading. However, the entry into force of the "Paris Agreement" has opened a new era of "bottom-up" voluntary contributions to reducing emissions, which will have a certain impact on China's carbon emissions trading. In view of this,China needs to address the "Paris Agreement" 's impact on China's carbon emissions trading, continuously improve China's carbon emissions trading legislation, and contribute its own contribution to the completion of China's national independent contribution and global carbon reduction,in international carbon emissions trading. There is a place in the system. This article is divided into five parts. The first part of the introduction explains the background and significance of the thesis topic, current research status, research methods, innovations, and deficiencies in the current domestic and international laws and regulations related to carbon emissions reduction. The second part is the Paris Agreement and carbon emissions trading. This chapter describes the Paris Agreement, carbon emissions trading, and the Paris Agreement and China's carbon emissions trading.Explained the relationship between the Paris Agreement and China's carbon emissions trading. The third part is the status quo and issues of China's carbon emissions trading, legislation. The status quo and existing problems of carbon emissions trading in China, the current status and existing problems of China's carbon emissions trading legislation, and the legislation of China's carbon emissions trading under the context of the Paris Agreement were described. It concludes that China needs to improve China's carbon emissions trading legislation in the context of the Paris Agreement. The fourth part is the enlightenment of foreign carbon emissions trading legislation to China. This chapter through the study of the European Union, the United States and Japan on the relevant legislation of carbon emissions trading, summed up the advanced experience of foreign countries, and provided reference for China to improve the legislation of carbon emissions trading. The fifth part is the proposal to improve China's carbon emission trading legislation. This chapter summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the above-mentioned domestic and international carbon emissions trading legislation, and proposes laws to improve the climate change legislation, formulate green logistics policies, and improve the legal adjustment mechanism, and improve the public participation and supervision system for the development of low-carbon systems.
