Research On The Construction Of The Rule Of Law In My Country's Rural Areas From The Perspective Of The Marxist Mass View

Since the fourth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee,the communist party of China will advance the rule of law to a new historical stage.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also pointed out that we must continue to adhere to the great strategy of running the country in a comprehensive way,and put forward the "practice of deepening the rule of law".However,to achieve the great goal of overall rule of law,it is necessary to attach great importance to the construction of the rule of law in rural society,which constitutes the majority of China's population.Without the rule of law in rural areas,the rule of law in the whole country cannot be achieved.In recent years,great progress has been made in the construction of the rule of law in rural areas.The legal awareness of farmers has been improved.The legal publicity activities in rural areas have increased.And the legal environment has been continuously optimized.However,compared with the rapid development of rural economy,the construction of rural rule of law lags behind,keeping pace with the economic development.There are still many deficiencies in the current rural legal construction.At present,The rural construction of the rule of law in China is not a system.Peasants are not really involved in the rural construction of the rule of law,The legitimate rights and interests are in different degree of damage.The principal position of the rule of law construction is fuzzy.The farmers have not been fully embodies the historical position and value.The rural legal construction face difficulties.From the perspective of Marxist theory,the fundamental reasons of this phenomenon is in the process of construction of the rule of law in the rural areas in China,not stick to Marxism consciousness,not adhere to the "the practice first,the interests of the masses,the masses are the creator of history" at the core of the view.It is therefore a good idea to understand that Marxist theory of mass theory,to explore the joint point of Marxism and the rural rule construction in our country,to solve the difficult situation of the rural law and build in a scientific theory,and to implement the whole country according to law.This paper attempts to analyze the problems arising from the construction of the rule of law in our country from the perspective of the mass view of Marxism,and tries to establish a connection between them,and guide the construction of the rule of law in our country with the Marxist theory of mass.By analyzing the status quo of the rule of law in rural areas,the author finds out the problem,explores the core viewpoints of Marxist mass view and the point of the rural rule of law,and puts forward the path of rural rule of law under the guidance of Marxism.This article includes the following parts:The first part introduces the Marxist theory of mass and the construction of rural rule of law.First,it defines the concept of the masses and the concept of mass concept.Then it expounds the core viewpoint of Marxist mass view and systematically sorts out the theory of mass theory of Marxism.And then the concept of rural law and the development of the country,and then it's on the basis of the analysis of the Marxist group and the construction of the countryside.The second part analyzes the problems of rural rule of law construction from the perspective of Marxist mass view.This paper analyzes the problems of rural rule of law construction from five aspects.The third part discusses how to use the Marxist theory of mass to solve the problem of rural rule of law construction.In this part,the author puts forward concrete Suggestions on the five problems of the last part,and puts the Marxist theory of mass into the solution,and realizes the organic combination of the mass view and the specific problems,and proposes an effective method to solve the problem.
