Lenin's Thoughts On The Management Of Socialist Countries In His Later Years

In the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,the general goal of the party's deepening reform is to "improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity".The new formulation of the concept of "governance",is the extending and deepening of the previous "management" concept,Its content also covers the contents of economy,politics,culture,society,ecology and so on.Therefore,if we want to achieve goals in practice,we need to learn from past theories of socialist state management,especially Lenin's theory of socialist state management in his later years.Based on the related research results,this paper makes a systematic research on Lenin's management thought of socialist countries in his later years based on the methods of literature research,history and logic,and analysis and induction.First,we study the background and theory of Lenin's socialist state management thought in his late years and his later years.At that time,mainly from the perspective of the historical background,research situation at home and abroad at the beginning of the establishment of the Soviet Republic of China,and summarizes the historical reasons of Lenin's thought of socialist production;at the same time from the Marx Engels national management thought,before the October revolution of Lenin Marx and Engels national pipe three thought and experience of the Paris commune,very time Lenin management theory,analysis of Lenin's socialist country management theory thought formation.Secondly,the main content of Lenin's socialist state management thought in his late years was studied.In terms of economic management,after the introduction of the new economic policy,the Soviet Socialist Republic discussed the measures taken to improve the state of the national economy.In terms of political management,the Soviet Socialist Republic was mainly concerned with the reform of state organs.Innovating political management capabilities;In terms of cultural management,the Soviet Socialist Republic has carried out a cultural revolution from the perspective of raising the level of national culture.Finally,it summarizes Lenin's historical status,historical limitations,and contemporary value of socialist state management in his later years.Among them,in the part of contemporary value,suggestions are made on China's state management mainly from the following three aspects:the general laws that should be followed in the management of socialist countries,the overall layout,and the institutionalized construction.
