Taking Peony District of Heze for example. The thesis mainly discusses the construction of a clean and honest administration in rural grass-roots. The paper is divided into four parts.In the first part, the general theory of building a clean government in rural grass-roots is illustrated. And then it concludes the basic meaning of a clean rural grass-roots government and party. In the second part, it analyzes the current status of rural clean government in Peony District. This part is the basis for this article. The studies have shown that the overall situation and development direction of rural clean government of Peony District is correct, with some success. But at the same time, there are some urgent problems of rural clean government in Peony District. In the third part, we summarized the problems of the rural clean government of Peony District in HeZe, and analyzed the reasons for this one. This part is the core of the whole thesis. This article is based on the development of the rural clean government in Peony District in He Ze. The author participated in the investigation and investigated the case by herself. And then she concludes the mainly problems in this work of Peony District, and analysis the reason for many ways. In the fourth part, on the basic of the problems and reasons come to the front part of the analysis to fan out from point to area, and then put forward suggestions to strengthen the rural clean government, which is part of the end result of the study are. This paper argues that, Strengthening the construction of Party style and clean government,we should adhere to the " based on the organization and leadership, pledging on the sound system, imposing the supervision as the key, people-centered as the fundamental, strict discipline as a means ". And then we put forward suggestions in five aspects.
