Research On Ideological And Political Education Of Mobile Party Members In New Urban Areas

The socialist market economy and the speed of urbanization has been accelerated and improved after forty years of reform and opening up.As the product of the new development stage of the social economy and urban construction,the new urban area is a city aggregated with the multi-functional area of establishment and development of the national level,the function and the orientation,the construction and the goal,the opening and the development.As a specific place to implement the national economic development strategy,the new urban area is essentially an area of policy.The new urban areas combine with administration,economy,strategy and geography that are determined by national strategy and approved by the State Council,aiming to promote the economic,social and cultural development.It can be said that the urban new area is a kind of urban central region which is geographically aggregated a variety of functional areas.The population planning is generally about 10 million to 30 million,and the "production city integration" mode is generally implemented.It covers urban and rural communities,the fringe of urban,rural areas,industrial park,streets and townships and other areas according to the functional area.A variety of economic subjects coexist in the new urban area.The changes in the way of life and thinking caused by the emerging industries,which makes the social thought and culture of the new urban new area have different characters.As the primary party organization cells,they flows frequently in different ownership,industries and functional areas.The increasing and widening range of activities of the floating party member in the new urban area.The elements of the Party members' behavior(life,study and work)appearing obvious mobility cause dis-attachment between the organization and party members,which affects the pioneering role of the mobile party members and have brought new situations and new challenges of The construction and development of grass-roots organizations in the new urban areas.To educate the mobile party members,giving full play to their vanguard role,strengthening the party's ruling foundation and providing help for the economic development of the new urban area,that is the actual need of the construction of the grass-roots party organization,and also the inevitable requirement of the reform and development of the socialist market economy.This paper bases on the vanguard role of the ideological and political education of the party members,and explore the present situation by choosing the new area of Guizhou province as a sample,and raise problems and reasons of the ideological and political education of the floating Party members in the new urban area from the perspective of the subject,object,content and method of the education,and tries to explore the corresponding strategies,aiming to add new scale to the ideological and political education of floating party members in the new era.The first part introduces the background and the purpose of this study.The second part expounds the necessity and the importance of the ideological and political education of the floating Party members in the new urban areas from construction the Party and its organization,the development of the Party members,the construction of harmonious society and the economic development in the new urban areas.The third part uses empirical method to analyze the ideological and political education from particulars to the general basing on the research in the new urban area of Guizhou province.Analyze the current characteristics of ideological and political education of floating Party members,and focus on the problems and its reasons from the body the object and the process of education.The fourth part concentrates on the strategy and method to strengthening the ideological and political education of the floating Party member from three angels which conclude warm atmosphere,the basic guarantee and the means of the ideological and political education of the float members in the new urban area.Facing the new developing and complex situation of the new urban areas,the ideological and political education of the floating Party members needs to find new ideas and methods by combining the reality of the new circumstances of economic development and the new characteristics of the floating party members.
