| The ideological and political education of rural Party members is an important issue in promoting the great project of Party building in the new era.Attaching great importance to the ideological and political education of rural Party members and ideological education and guidance of grass-roots Party members are the deep concern of the Party and the state,and also the necessary response to the great role,core status and general requirements of Party building of rural Party members in the context of the new era.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the rapid changes in rural society have a tremendous impact on the way of production,lifestyle and ideology of rural Party members.This has brought many new problems to the ideological and political education of rural Party members and put forward many new requirements.The new era,new environment and new Party conditions put forward higher requirements for the overall quality of rural Party members and ideological and political education.Studying the ideological and political education of rural Party members in the new era is of great theoretical and practical significance for enhancing the scientific and effective ideological and political education of rural Party members,improving the overall quality and leadership level of rural Party members,promoting the Party building in the new era?realizing the overall poverty alleviation in rural areas and building a well-off society in an all-round way.From the perspective of combining theory with practice,according to the thinking logic of "putting forward problems;analyzing problems;solving problems",combining with the new requirements of the new era,taking rural Party members as the core research object,this paper conducts in-depth research on the ideological and political education of rural Party members.Firstly,it summarizes comprehensively the connotation,importance of education and the new requirements for the ideological and political education of rural Party members in the new era as the conceptual basis and logical starting point of the paper;secondly,it takes Yinjiang Autonomous County as an example to explore the ideological and political education of rural Party members in Yinjiang Autonomous County in the new era through on-the-spot social investigation and case analysis.While highlighting the achievements made in the ideological and political education of rural Party members,we should further clarify the main problems existing in the education of rural Party members.Using the methods of system analysis and social investigation,this paper discusses the reasons that restrict the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of rural Party members in Yinjiang Autonomous County from the aspects of their own conditions,educational mechanism and negative effects of market economy.Finally,from the three aspects of the basic principles,basic ideas and long-term mechanism of education of rural Party members’ ideological and political education,this paper explores the operable countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political education of rural Party members in the new era.On the basic principles that ideological and political education should adhere to,five principles are put forward:the combination of Party and people,universality and particularity,advancement and universality,inheritance and innovation,and the combination of Ideological and political education and solving practical problems.On the basic train of thought that education should follow,it is clearly pointed out that we should strengthen educational ideas and innovative education methods.In terms of the long-term mechanism of education,it is pointed out that the management mechanism of Ideological and political education of rural Party members,the mechanism of restraint and guarantee,and the mechanism of evaluation system should be established and perfected.The ideological and political education of rural Party members is not only an important topic of Party building in the new era,but also a systematic project which contains the continuous combination,innovation and improvement of theory and practice.Strengthening the ideological and political education of rural Party members is of great practical significance and contemporary value for enhancing the overall quality of rural Party members,strengthening the responsibility and responsibility of rural Party members,enhancing the leadership ability,service ability and service consciousness of rural Party members,promoting rural social development,helping to alleviate poverty in an all-round way and realizing a well-off society in an all-round way. |
