Research On The Construction Of The Inner-party Political Ecology Of The Communist Party Of China From The Perspective Of Comprehensively And Strictly Governing The Party

Since the 18 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China,in order to achieve the grand goal of rejuvenating the Chinese nation,under the leadership of Comrade Xi Jinping,the broad masses of the people have united firmly together and have not forgotten their hearts and remembered their mission.Under the “four comprehensive” strategic layout,we must start with breakthroughs in solving the internal problems of the party and confront various difficulties and challenges encountered in the socialist construction and reform in the new era.Since the reform and opening up,the political ecology has been repeatedly polluted and the situation has continued to deteriorate,which has had a serious impact on the socialist modernization path with Chinese characteristics.Comrade Xi Jinping repeatedly pointed out that if we want to do a good job in all aspects,we must have a good political ecology.Because the political ecology is very fragile,once it is destroyed,its recovery will go through a very long process.To purify the political ecology is of great significance in the comprehensive and strict management of the party's strategic layout: Enhancing the political ecology within the party is a “purifier” that optimizes the political ecology of the entire country and the entire society.It is a “booster” for coordinating the smooth development of the “four comprehensive” strategic plans,and an “accelerator” for advancing the “four greats”."Since its establishment in 1921,the Communist Party of China has always maintained the party's advanced nature and continuously strengthened its own development in the face of different development tasks such as revolution,construction,and reform.The political ecological construction of the party was carried out in different periods.These practices provided the party with valuable experience in responding to new challenges and exploring new eras at this stage.After the party's 18 th National Congress,under the joint efforts of all parties,the party's political and ecological conditions improved markedly: the entire party's ideals and convictions became firmer,the party spirit became stronger,the party's internal legal system improved,and the party's educational practices were regular.Institutionalization,selection and employment of people and conditions have clearly improved,and the overwhelming trend in the fight against corruption has been formed and consolidated.However,due to many reasons,such as the traditional ideological and cultural malaise,the lack of institutional system dislocation,the unbalanced selection of cadres,the distorted balance of interest orientation,and the loss of power supervision and constrains,the current political ecological construction in the party is based on ideals and beliefs,institutional mechanisms,and organizational development.There are still many problems that need to be solved in terms of environmental construction and power supervision.The construction of the political ecology within the party is conducive to the promotion of the political style and the people's style by the party's style and the fundamental improvement of the overall social atmosphere;it is conducive to the promotion of the great project of party building and the promotion of the three great historical processes.In the face of the current problem of political and ecological construction in our party,we need to meet real challenges on the basis of summing up historical experience.With the profound adjustment of the current social interest pattern and multiple changes in the orientation of values,comprehensive deepening of reform faces the critical period of heavy tasks,anti-corruption campaigns,and anti-corruption construction.The project of purifying political ecology should be based on systematic thinking to do top-level design,and focus on Break the barriers of traditional culture and the imbalance of interest orientations,make up for the lack of institutional mechanisms,loss of power constraints,and loopholes in the regulatory system.At the same time,the implementation of the bottom line thinking must also be done well,aiming at the root of the problems that affect the sound development of the political ecology within the party,strengthen ideological construction,improve system construction,strengthen organizational development,standardize work style construction,and innovate power supervision.In a comprehensive and strict management of the party,we must create a clear-cut political environment within the party,make our party stronger and greater,and lead the people of all ethnic groups in the country to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
