Research On The Construction Of Political Ecology Within The Party Of The Communist Party Of China Since The 18th National Congress

A good political ecology within the party is the source of stimulating the vitality of the Communist Party of China and the soil of cultivating the fine style of the Communist Party of China.Multi-dimension,omnibearing,different levels to build the nice political ecology of inner-party,is important segment that deepen govern party and promoting the further development of the great project of party building.Since the 18^thParty’s Congress,the Central Committee of the CPC,with the core of General Secretary Xi Jinping,has placed the party’s political and ecological construction in a more prominent position.General Secretary Xi Jinping first mentioned"political ecology"at the 2^ndmeeting of the 18^thcentral Disciplinary Supervision Committee in January 2013.In July 2016,on the occasion of the ninety-fifth anniversary of the rise of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out,“fully purify the political ecology within the party”.In May 2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out when conducting inspections in Shanxi,“unremitting to build the political ecology of inner-party.”However,political ecology of inner-party’s building isn’t a fast process,it is a long-term gradual improvement process.In the process of political ecology of inner-party’s building,the research content of the political ecology of inner-party since the 18^thCPC national congress,has proposed a path to improve the political ecology of inner-party’s building in the new era,which will improve the build of a nice political ecology of inner-party,and will ruling ability of the Chinese Communist Party have important theoretical value and practical significance.This paper clarifies the meaning of"political ecology"and"political ecology within the party",summarizes the main experience and significance of the construction of political ecology within the party since the 18^thCPC National Congress,and analyzes the problems and reason of the political ecology within the party since the 18^thCPC National Congress,such as the lack of a strong democratic atmosphere,the lack of a sound system,the lack of a strict selection mechanism,and the lack of a strong supervision system.On this basis,this paper analyzes the path choice of improving the CPC’s Inner-Party Political Ecological Construction in the new era:The first is to strengthen the democratic participation of party members,deepen the democratic leadership of cadres,and improve the quality of democratic life as the main path to enhance inner-party democracy;the second is to standardize the system.The main path is to formulate,strengthen the implementation of the system,and improve the system feedback to improve the system;the third is to optimize the selection of cadres,standardize the actual selection of cadres,and the strict selection of cadres as the main path to strictly select the mechanism;The fourth is to strengthen inner-party supervision by strengthening inner-party supervision consciousness,improving inner-party supervision guarantee and strengthening inner-party supervision linkage.
