Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the CPC central committee and the central military commission and chairman Xi attaches great importance to the construction of a clean party and anti-corruption work,promote dealt with a large number of major cases of duty crime,fighting against corruption to a new historical height,but in the military duty crime cases,the problems of the position on the high side,nest case string case and crime amount increase,commit crime field extension still outstanding,fully exposed the insufficient in the prevention of duty crime for a long time.Causes of duty crime are various,both of the temptation from the external environment and supervision vacancy,also have personal value orientation deviation,the interaction and influence of the internal and external causes of the phenomenon of duty crime occur frequently,especially when the current reform into the deep water area for the army,the work of preventing duty crime is facing serious challenges,how to curb the corruption from the source,prevent the happening of the duty crime is a serious problem for the current and future period.This paper gives a brief introduction about the characteristics of duty crime in recent years firstly,analysis the serious harm caused by duty crime in army,secondly,study the reasons of inducing duty crime respectively from the social level,organization level and individual level,finally,combining with the characteristics of forces during reform and the judicial system and supervision system reform,putting forward to integrate the main body strength of punish corruption,and the integrated use of a variety of means such as education and supervision,system and legal,then the problems of don't want to,can't to,dare not to should be resolved,we will continue to intensify efforts to punish corruption and promote the prevention of duty crimes.
