Discussion On Construction Of The Precaution System Of Service Crime

In this article, the writer thinks the emphasis of the precaution system of service crime is on the macroscopic propagation, not on the microscopic operation and on the cases, not on the whole design. Led by the method of systems theory, the writer puts focal points on the characteristic and common rules and creatively points out a scheme of service crime precaution. By making full use of the systems theory rule of the whole is larger than the addition of all parts, the writer rationally designs a fluently operating working system of service crime precaution. The writer puts emphasis on both macroscopic design and microscopic operation. The writer also sets up four sub-systems of "the working system of service crime precaution", "the system of service crime striking", "the system of service crime precaution ", "the system of service crime precaution education "and "the inspecting system of service crime system" and minutely describes the relations between the four sub-systems.
