In the early 1990 s,the world situation changed dramatically.The drastic changes in Soviet Union and Eastern Europe caused great setbacks and crises in the world socialist movement.Besides the shock and lament of the world socialists,this important event has also reflected after calming down.A comprehensive and scientific summary of the failure of the Soviet Communist Party can provide valuable information for the enrichment and development of Marx's doctrine,and can also provide useful inspiration for the healthy development of all socialist countries.From the point of view of the right of discourse,this paper discusses the great influence of the openness carried out by Gorbachev in Soviet Union to the state and the people,and to the extent to which the loss of the right of discourse affects the development and trend of the situation in the Soviet Union,and the enlightenment to the contemporary China.In this paper,the historical process of openness is taken as the background of the loss of discourse power in the reform,while materialist and dialectical methods are taken to view the change of discourse power in the process of openness,and place the research objects in the real historical environment.It is possible to restore the original appearance of the process of loss of discourse as true as possible with the analysis of relevant books,research results and the Memoirs of historical figures,and try to explore its enlightenment to the construction of the right of discourse at the present stage of China.Any research is based on previous research achievements.The innovations of this article is that the author,on the basis of previous studies,clearly combines the loss of the right of discourse and the implementation of openness.It not only pays attention to the transfer and loss of the discourse power of the Soviet Communist Party,but also pays close attention to the change of the discourse right of the ordinary citizens in the Soviet Union,carefully combing the loss process of the right of discourse and discussing the reasons and enlightenment.This article is divided into two parts: introduction and text.The introduction includes the document review,the significance of topic selection,research methods and innovations.The text includes three chapters,which are the process,reasons and enlightenment of the loss of the discourse power of the Soviet Communist Party.The article first introduces the characteristics and disadvantages of Soviet society discourse power before Gorbachev,and then discusses in detail the specific process of the loss of the Soviet Communist Party and the government's discourse power.Then from the angle of Soviet Communist Party and government's ruling way and development strategy and other political forces in the Soviet Society to analyze the reasons of the loss of the discourse power in the Soviet Union's openness.With the basis above,the historical experience of our party and the related strategies of other countries,this paper summarizes the enlightenment of the loss of discourse power of the Soviet Union for China in two aspects which are theory and practice.
