Research On The Connection System Between Administrative Law Enforcement And Criminal Justice

In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the problems in the connection between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice.Administrative law enforcement and criminal justice belong to different categories of department law,but they are not two concepts that are completely independent and have no connection.The lack of connection between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice leads to the fact that some cases of administrative violations and criminal crimes have not been dealt with or punished fairly,which has a negative impact on the society.How to make the administrative law violations and administrative crimes all be investigated,to achieve the law before "everyone is equal,illegal must be prosecuted".Scholars have made many useful opinions on the improvement of administrative law enforcement and criminal justice cohesion system,but in recent years,the current situation of administrative law enforcement and criminal justice cohesion is not satisfactory.Starting from the basic concept,this paper will analyze the similarities and differences between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice,and look for the causes and adverse consequences of the poor connection between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice.Finally,the paper expounds how to improve and perfect the administrative law enforcement and criminal justice system from the aspects of the consciousness of rule of law,the perfection and supervision of legal norms,evidence linkage and accountability.
