The Fourth and Fifth Plenary Session of 18th national congress of CPC state that it is necessary to reinforce the environmental governance and regulations to improve our environment. During the 13th Five-Year-Plan, the top ten included the ecological civilization construction. It is also the first time to enter into the plan. It could help to implement the environmental laws and regulations and to protect the environment rights and interests of people.In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in Ningxia, various environmental protection illegal cases are increasing during the administrative law enforcement. The analysis part is about the current situation, problems and causes of administrative law enforcement & criminal justice cohesion work in Ningxia. After that, several reasonable suggestions will be given to perfect our administrative law enforcement & criminal justice cohesion work. Such as legislative convergence, perfect mechanism, strengthen awareness, strengthen the law enforcement ranks, improve cohesion system and improve the supervision. In this thesis, the study methods include survey research, case study, literature analysis, comparative analysis. The empirical research areas are Yunnan Province, Guizhou Province, Yinchuan City, Wuzhong City, Shizuishan City.It is of great importance to perfect the environmental protection administrative law enforcement & criminal justice cohesion work.This will help to deal with the practical difficulties efficiently. What’s more, it can further strengthen and improve our environmental protection work and promote our ecological civilization construction.
