Research On The Legal Protection Of Network Virtual Property

Driven by the wave of the "Internet +" era,the virtual property as an important product of the Internet is directly related to the vital interests of hundreds of millions of Internet users.As a new thing,virtual property has its own use value and exchange value,and the profit concept of "all the world's interests are coming" leads to endless disputes over virtual property.It is worth mentioning that Article 127 of the General Principles of Civil Law promulgated in March 2017 makes general provisions on virtual property on the Internet.However,the specific content of virtual property is not much,so it is necessary to study virtual property in depth.This paper analyses the virtual property of the network from three aspects in order to find a reasonable way to protect the virtual property of the network in civil law.Firstly,the legal attribute of network virtual property is property.Secondly,the current situation and existing problems of network virtual property protection are analyzed.Finally,some specific suggestions are provided for the protection of network virtual property in China from legislative protection,contract law protection and judicial protection.By researching the protection of virtual property on the internet,we can not only perfect the theoretical system of virtual property,but also protect the smooth development of the Internet industry.
