| Artificial Intelligence is an essential subject which attracts all governments' and scientists' attention,it was referred by John McCarty,Marvin Minsky,Claude Shannon and many other scientists in 1956,then it became a topic of conversation all over the world.Nowadays,we can see many AI products in our daily life such as autonomous vehicles,AI writers and so on,these products have been became capable assistants,but at the result of immature technologies,these products lead to a lot of legal challenges,such as critical incidents and intervening events.In this paper,I had recommended two typical AI products and analysed many legal challenges they occurred,then I proposed the solving methods.At last I gave some suggestions to build Chinese restriction and supervision system for AI. |
