Research On The Legal Issues Of Pursuing Fugitives And Stolen Goods Abroad In Our Country

Since the 18 th National Congress,China's crackdown on anti-corruption has been unprecedentedly strong,and a series of special actions have been taken in the pursuit of overseas pursuits.In order to speed up the process of pursuing foreign pursuits,China has also continuously strengthened judicial cooperation with other countries and promoted the development of China's overseas pursuit and recovery through continuous bilateral agreements with other countries.So far,China has achieved staged results in pursuing the pursuit of overseas pursuits.However,due to the short time of our country's overseas pursuit,the legal basis is relatively weak compared to other countries,both at the legislative level and in the implementation stage.There are deficiencies.In view of the problems existing in China's pursuit of fleeing and escorting overseas,through the analysis of the successful cases of China's existing pursuit and recovery,we will summarize relevant experiences and lay a solid foundation for improving the legal basis for China's pursuit of overseas pursuit and recovery.basis.And through the study of relevant laws in the international community,it puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the imperfections of our country's laws,and plays a certain role in promoting the development of China's overseas pursuit of recovery.
