Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Conscription In Art Colleges

A great country must first strengthen the army,and a strong army must first strengthen its troops.In today's era,the key to win information warfare is not only the counterbalance of comprehensive national strength,the contest of science and technology,the competition of advanced weapons,but more importantly,the game and competition of military talents.In recent years,the enlistment of college students has effectively improved the structure of the troops and enhanced the combat effectiveness and national defense strength of the army.The improvement of national defense construction cannot rely solely on high-tech personnel,but also on the participation of many talents from different fields.Art is one of the important aspects and the expertise of art college students can play an active role in the political and cultural education of the military.Although the group of art college students is constantly developing and growing,the willingness of art college students to join the army is generally not high.Provided that we strengthen the positive propaganda and guidance,the strong practical ability of art college students will also enable them to gain broad development in the army.Art college students are an important part of the college students group,especially a relatively special group.They have not only the common characteristics of contemporary college students but also characteristics which ordinary college students do not have.Therefore,how to accurately grasp the characteristics of contemporary college students and the unique characteristics of art-based college students and how to make more and more art-based college students join and shine in the army have become an important issue.However,at present,there is no research on the recruitment of art college students domestically and abroad,and most studies focus on the problem of ordinary college students joining the army.This paper conducts research through literature method,questionnaire method and interview method.With reference to the recruitment data of LS College in the last four years,distributing 1,000 questionnaires for self-editing questionnaires on the enrollment of college students in art colleges,according to the issue of art students joining the army,interviewing ten retired students and two other art college in charge of recruitment,reading more than fifty pieces of document literature,combining with years of art college recruitment experience,this paper sums up the status of difficulties of military conscription and finds out that the recruitment of art college students has the same problems as the recruitment of ordinary college students,and it also has its unique characteristics.At present,the five aspects of recruitment work of art college students are the low enthusiasm of art college students joining the army,the weak national defense awareness of students,the diverse motivations for enlistment,the low-level physical examination,and the ineffectiveness of college recruiting.This paper analyzes the causes of problems from the four aspects of "national college policy,college student training,college education and propaganda of national defense,art college studentscharacteristics",and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the angle of improving of national policies,the way of training college soldiers,the experience of art college recruitment and national defense,and daily education management of art college.All the above can provide theoretical and practical reference for the recruitment of art college students.
