The culture of filial piety prevails in the Tang Dynasty.Lots of emperors have paid attention to filial duty.With the time coming,the trend value looking after the elders is extremely significant in social society.During the period of Law and Morality,unfilial crime appears.In order to control peoples,rulers took lots of measures.If people didn't give respect to their parents,children will not pledge loyalty to the country.Therefore,unfilial crime would punish these criminals.Unfilial crime arises from Xia dynasty.It becomes the official accusation in Beiqi,and improves mostly in Tang Dynasty.In court,these behaviors will be punished by the judge.Unfilial crime did great influence on the society.On the one hand,the range between parents and children can be identified.On the other hand,it gives support to deal with the conflict between children and parents.Meanwhile,it can maintain the stability of society.However,children are always at disadvantage compared to parents.Their rights are always restricted.It's wrong for us in our society.At the present,it is our tasks to promote strongly the culture of filial.Also,we must get rid of the negative part of traditional culture.Above all,it is necessary for us to take measures to punish the people who did malicious behaviors to old parents.If we do this,the future of our nation will be better.
