Research On Privacy Infringement In The Network Environment

In today's fast-developing era,Internet technology is constantly updated.It is precisely because of the global popularity and spread of the Internet that people's lives have gradually become Transparent,privacy space is gradually becoming narrower.Through the investigation and research on the incidents of network privacy infringement,it is found that the number of online privacy infringement cases has continued to grow in recent years,and the problems presented in online privacy infringement cases are also increasing,accompanied by the continuous updating and progress of the Internet.As well as the economic value of network privacy,the privacy of the network is seriously infringed,which has attracted more and more scholars' attention and attention.China is now a large netizen,and the number of Internet users in the world is the highest.It is also in a state of frequent Internet privacy infringement cases.However,there is no separate law on the protection of online privacy,which is scattered in various laws and regulations.There is a certain lag.In practice,most judicial judicial organs use the Tort Liability Law as the main basis for ruling.The network privacy is in a state of no specific unified laws,so that the victims in the network privacy infringement case are not obtained.Comprehensive and reasonable protection.This paper is divided into four parts,mainly based on the network privacy infringement case as the basis of practice research,and uses the statistical analysis method of data to analyze the problems of network privacy infringement cases in the past ten years,and theoretically explore the causes of the problems,through the network The concept,object and nature of privacy are defined as the theoretical basis for the practice of online privacy infringement.The theories of tort liability,infringements,constituent elements,special excuses and imputation principles are analyzed.In the end,the paper puts forward the deficiencies and perfect countermeasures for the protection of civil privacy of China's online privacy.At the same time,it analyzes the responsibility of network privacy infringement liability in detail,in order to better regulate the infringement behavior of online privacy in China.
