Research On The Path To Solve The Problem Of "three Modernizations" In Rural Grassroots Party Organizations

Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the CPC central committee with comrade Xi jinping at its core has attached great importance to the building of party branches and called for the extension of strict party governance in an all-round way to the grassroots level.As an important part of primary party organizations,rural primary party organizations should fulfill the general requirement of comprehensively and strictly governing the party.At present,with the deepening of rural reform,the new era of the party central committee on the rural revitalization of the strategic plan,the rural grassroots party organizations have ushered in the development opportunities,we must put the rural grassroots party organization construction in a more prominent position to grasp.Currently,weakening,blur,marginalization is the outstanding problems in construction of rural grassroots party organizations,and greatly influenced the construction of rural grassroots party organizations should play the role of the process as well as the country revitalization work,So,cracking the "Sanhua" of rural grassroots party organizations is an important topic,the party is the comprehensive stricter extends to the important link of rural grassroots,provide strong political and organizational guarantee for the development of rural reform.This paper mainly studies the path to solve the problem of "Sanhua" of rural grassroots party organization.Firstly,it defines the weakening,weakening and marginalization of rural grassroots party organizations,and describes the specific performance of "Sanhua" in rural grassroots party organizations,fully reflecting the harm brought by "Sanhua" to the actual work in rural areas.Secondly,this paper analyzes the causes of the "Sanhua" problem in rural grassroots party organizations,the reasons are analyzed from the following three aspects: the lack of leadership ability in rural grass-roots party organizations,the lack of party’s implementation of rural work and the unstable leadership position of rural grass-roots party organizations.Finally,specific approaches are proposed to solve the problem of "Sanhua" of rural grass-roots party organizations.First,"highlighting political functions and enhancing organizational strength" is taken as a fundamental principle to solve the problem of "Sanhua" of rural grass-roots party organizations.Second,we should make the party’s system of organizational life and learning and education regular and institutionalized,and build leaders of rural grass-roots party organizations with high quality and strong ability.Third,give full play to the leading and coordinating role of leading bodies,resolutely implement the party’s principles and policies in rural communities,and improve the system of opening village affairs.Fourth,consolidate the leading core position of rural grass-roots party organizations cannot be shaken.Rural grass-roots party organizations should always closely unite with the peasant masses,comprehensively lead other village-level organizations,and improve the democratic supervision mechanism.
