The high penetration and continuous stimulation of the Internet has gradually developed into a new field for the development of social capital and collective action,and to some extent changed the structure and mode of action of social capital,as well as the mode of operation of collective action,online society.Capital and online collective action arises.This transformation brings new opportunities and possibilities for the construction of community collective actions,and also brings great vitality to the development of community governance.Based on the above background,this study uses quantitative analysis methods to conduct an in-depth discussion on the relationship between online social capital and community online collective action based on urban communities in China.Furthermore,on the theoretical level,it clarifies the logical chain between online social capital and community online collective action;on the practical level,it reveals the positive impact of online social capital on community online collective action,and through online social capital The type division,a more thorough analysis of the role of different forms of online social capital in the community online collective action and operational logic.On this basis,combined with the current practice of community governance in China,we can discover the significance of the construction and development of community online collective action in community governance,and based on this,put forward the overall development ideas for the universal value of grassroots community governance.
