Research On The Status Quo, Problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Credit Policy In Yancheng City

Agricultural loans are the product of the development of commodity economy to a certain stage.With the continuous improvement of the level of specialization,socialization and marketization of agricultural production,agricultural loans have a strong role in promoting the scale,specialization and market-oriented operation of agricultural production.As the first salt city in the province of Jiangsu Province,Yancheng has unique natural conditions,geographical conditions and production base,and has great potential in modern agricultural development.In order to provide sufficient assistance for the development of Yancheng's agriculture,appropriate rural finance and agricultural credit policies are indispensable.This paper mainly studies the implementation effect of Yancheng agricultural credit policy.Based on the theoretical research at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the implementation status of Yancheng agricultural credit policy and further explores the problems in the development of Yancheng agricultural credit.And the reasons,and on this basis,try to make recommendations on the implementation of Yancheng agricultural credit policy.Through research,it has been found that since 2013,with the promulgation and implementation of a series of agricultural credit policies,the agricultural credit level of Yancheng City has been significantly improved,the agricultural credit policy has expanded,and the financial institutions have supported the enthusiasm of the three rural areas.Prominently,it has effectively enhanced the credit and financial strength of the three rural areas;the agricultural credit policy has played a demonstration effect to a large extent and promoted the innovation of rural financial products and service methods.However,at the same time,Yancheng Agricultural Credit is also facing many problems.Among them,the agricultural credit policy is not deeply understood,the credit effect is not significant,the agricultural credit funds are in short supply,the total credit is insufficient,and the rural credit capacity level is low.Agriculture The credit risk is high,and the short-term effects of the implementation of the agricultural credit policy have hindered the implementation of agricultural credit in Yancheng City.The emergence of these problems is also caused by many factors.Among them,rural credit policy standards are not perfect,rural credit financial support is insufficient,agricultural credit mechanism innovation is insufficient,rural credit capacity level is low,and agricultural credit risk is relatively high.This paper puts forward suggestions and opinions on the three aspects of policy positioning,financial support and capacity building for Yancheng agricultural credit implementation,including clearing the positioning of agricultural credit policy,promoting the construction of basic service network,increasing financial support,promoting innovation in agricultural credit model,and strengthening Yancheng.Agricultural credit policy risk monitoring,etc.,is intended to promote the implementation of Yancheng agricultural credit policy and better promote the level of agricultural development in Yancheng.
