Study On The Influence Of Government Credit Support Policy On The Circulation Efficiency Of "Agriculture-supermarket Jointing"

The development of China's agricultural products has experienced the dilemma of“buying difficulties” and “selling difficulties”,“two complaints,and shouting in the middle”.Therefore,people are committed to exploring efficient agricultural product circulation models.In the process of China's agricultural product trade,the docking of farmers and supermarkets is more likely to be achieved through cooperatives.However,due to the low degree of logistics organization,incomplete supporting facilities,high circulation costs and inconsistent production and sales links,the circulation efficiency of farmer cooperatives “agricultural super-docking” is generally low,and the government has introduced relevant support policies,including government credit.The influence of the support policy on the circulation efficiency of “agricultural super-docking” and the degree of influence are the significance of this paper.This paper based on the survey data of the sample survey of Jiangxi Province,202 of the 11 cities(cities)in Jiangxi Province were selected to participate in the “Agriculture”.The super-docked fresh produce cooperatives are used as sample data.An empirical analysis of the impact of the two-stage DEA-Tobit model on the circulation efficiency and credit support policies of farmers' cooperatives.Firstly,based on the DEA analysis method,DEAP2.1 software was used to measure the circulation efficiency of 202 farmers' cooperatives in Jiangxi Province.Then the Tobit regression model was used to exclude the influence of the internal conditions of the cooperatives and the external environment,and analyze the government credit support.The impact of policies on the circulation efficiency of farmer cooperatives “agricultural super-docking”;at the same time,based on the internal and external conditions of cooperatives,the samples were grouped,and the impact of credit support policies on the circulation efficiency of farmer cooperatives “agricultural super-docking” was analyzed.The final results show that the circulation efficiency of farmers' cooperatives “agricultural super-docking” is generally low,and the government credit support policy has a very significant positive impact on the circulation efficiency of farmer cooperatives “agricultural super-docking”,and the market is low for more than 50%of the members.The weak development ability,the small registered capital,the small difference in shareholding among the members,the low level of economic development in the locality,and the influence of the supermarket on the cooperative power of the agricultural product purchase price are more significant.Therefore,from the perspective of government policies and major participants,this study proposes to implement the“ agricultural super-docking ” credit support policy and improve the satisfaction of cooperatives;increase the credit support for cooperatives “agricultural super-docking”and improve credit availability;Service object characteristics,detailed credit support policies,and classified support.
