Research On The Integration Of Excellent Traditional Political Ethics Into Leading Cadres' Political Ethics

The Chinese Communist Party has always attached importance to the building of political ethics for leading cadres.Political ethics is the ethics that must be observed when leading cadres engage in public administration.In the excellent traditional culture of China,the content of political ethics is rich and far-reaching.Integrating it into the construction of political ethics of leading cadres can open up ideas and broaden horizons for the construction of political ethics of leading cadres.Comprehensively combing,summarizing,analyzing and researching outstanding traditional political virtues and drawing on its essence are not only a powerful move to promote the construction of leading cadres' political ethics,but also an era call for promoting excellent traditional culture and enhancing cultural self-confidence.Under the analysis of the relevant theories of excellent traditional political ethics and leading cadres' political ethics,starting from the two aspects of possibility and necessity,the inevitability of integrating excellent traditional political ethics into the construction of leading cadres' political ethics is sought.From the theoretical point of view,the possibility of integration is discussed: excellent traditional political virtues are the cultural resources for the construction of leading cadres' political ethics;the construction of leading cadres' political ethics is inseparable from the critical inheritance of excellent traditional political ethics.At the same time,the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics provides a space for development of the two.The necessity of integration is mainly explained from the four aspects of solving the predicament of leading cadres' political ethics,consolidating the party's ruling status,creating a civilized and harmonious social atmosphere,and strengthening cultural self-confidence.The content of excellent traditional political ethics integrated into the construction of leading cadres' political ethics is mainly discussed from five parts: Political morality is the cornerstone of leading cadres in politics.Leading cadres must be loyal to the party,be political and moral,and be based on the people;Professional ethics has a special nature.In the work,leading cadres must be honest,diligent,and fair.Social morality is an important link in leading cadres' political ethics.Leading cadres should uphold the attitude of honesty and trustworthiness and profitability;Family virtues are an important reference for measuring the pros and cons of leading cadres.In the family,leading cadres should be filial piety,brothers and brothers,and mutual love between husband and wife;Personal morality is an important window to test the moral literacy of leading cadres.Leading cadres should be self-cultivation,erudite,talented,and effective.To integrate excellent traditional political ethics into the construction of leading cadres' political ethics,we need to adhere to the guidance of Marxism,innovative development,creative transformation,integration,critical inheritance and so on.On the basis of accurately grasping the principle,we explore four paths of integrating excellent traditional political ethics into the construction of leading cadres' political ethics.First,learn the leading cadres as political virtues through classic traditional literature and political and celebrities;Second,under the new situation,we will continue to improve the content of education,innovate educational methods,and coordinate the education of teachers to improve the morality of leading cadres;Third,through the efforts of the news media,the public,family members,and work partners,we will create an environment that is both revered and honest,and cultivate the leading cadres as the virtues of politics.Fourth,we will safeguard the morality of leading cadres by improving the feasible learning mechanism and establishing a scientific assessment mechanism.
