The Issue Of Inheritance Of Network Virtual Property

With the rapid development of the Internet in the past two decades,people's food,clothing,housing and transportation have become inseparable from the Internet.More and more people are investing a lot of time and money in the Internet.The Internet is not only of spiritual value,but also of economic value.:online stores,VIP members,game equipment,etc.,and when the user dies,how do the affiliation of these network virtual assets are inherited by the heirs or deleted or reused by the operators?These issues are not clearly defined in our laws.The lag of law has led to the emergence of cases of network virtual property inheritance in judicial practice.Different regions and even the same region have different judgments in the same case.This phenomenon not only damages the rights of the heirs,but also affects the authority of the judiciary.This paper enumerates three cases and brings out four legal issues.After fully discussing the four legal issues,I draw my own views and opinions on the inheritance of virtual property in the network,and hope to provide some reference for the inheritance of virtual property.
