The Party and the state have always attached great importance to the development of education,and have always put education in the strategic position of the top priority.In view of the issue of urban and rural education equity,China has made certain theoretical and practical breakthroughs in its exploration.However,many disciplines related to education equity are mainly concentrated in the field of education,which is studied from the perspective of political science and political development.There are relatively few problems both in theory and in practice.There is no relatively perfect theoretical system of educational politics,and there is a lack of practical data analysis and comprehensive understanding on the practice of urban and rural education equity.Therefore,this paper tries to analyze the path of realizing urban and rural education equity from the perspective of politics.On the basis of the theoretical research on the relationship between urban and rural education equity and political development,it tries to analyze the political factors affecting urban and rural education equity,and to explore the political factors affecting the development of education from the perspectives of political definition and factors affecting political development,such as rights,powers and interests.Starting from these factors,we should grasp the starting point of analyzing the equity of urban and rural education.Based on the domestic theoretical research foundation,this paper analyses the foreign theoretical and practical research on promoting educational equity,thus sums up the beneficial experience for the development of educational equity in our country,analyses the current situation of the unfair development of urban and rural education in our country.It tries to research how to achieve equity,rights,power in education and also it explores the path where educational resource is able to facilitate equity in urban and rural area.
