"Educational Group Events" From The Perspective Of Governance:Current Situation And Countermeasures

Since the reform and opening up,with the development of China's economic and social development,the demands of the general public for education have been increasingly strengthened.However,due to the imperfection of the legal system,the citizens' own legal concept is weak,so that the legitimate education rights of the citizens in the real society have not been effectively guaranteed,and the violation of the legitimate rights and interests of the citizens still exists.With the transformation of the economy and society,there have been some new situations and new problems that infringe on the legitimate education rights of the citizens,which has made the protection of citizens' legitimate education rights more complicated.“Educational group events” refers to guardians or principals in educational disputes.By obeying the rules of fair and compulsory education,they interfere with the school's teaching order by blocking school gates,making banners,hitting schools,and even gathering people to visit relevant government departments and other unreasonable means.Deviating from the school's reputation and other illegal or irrational ways,forcing schools to accept an act of attendance.“Educational group events”raised new requirement to public government.The education department,as a department of the State Council under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,is in charge of education and language work.It is a bridge and link between the Communist Party of China and the people's government to reach the masses and is one of the important social pillars of the People's Republic of China.Its basic functions are: representing and safeguarding the rights and interests of the people in education and promoting equality in education.Therefore,strengthening the functions of educational organizations and promoting the coordinated management of other departments to make education rights work a new level is an important task in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the people under the new normal.Based on the theory of education fairness,cooperative governance theory,collective action theory as the theoretical basis,with nanchang H area as an example,examines the nanchang H area from 2013 to 2017 annual ring "learning" events,analyzes the nanchang H area alarm "events",the basic characteristics and the impact of the research into the cause of the "make" event,and from the perspective of public governance tentatively puts forward the management countermeasures of "learning" sky.
