The Reasons For Moral Failure In News Communication In Our Country And Public Governance Countermeasures

In recent years,the journalism has been developing rapidly.The journalists make great contributions in many aspects,such as maintaining social justice and eliminating information asymmetry At the same time,anomic phenomena like paid news,false news time and again.These anomic phenomena which happened in media do great harm to the prestige of our country,to the establishment of the public trust in media and to the progress of social morality.These are what this thesis mainly talks about.This thesis absorbs achievements in journalistic and public administration research,define what we are study in this thesis,such as joumalism,anomic phenomena and public administration.And then,this thesis analyzes the expression of journalistic anomic phenomena and analyzes the reasons of the anomic phenomena.This thesis argues that the marketization of mediums is not the reason why anomic phenomena happened.The true reason is that public management of journalism which involving the public sector,news organizations and the third sector has not been established.As a result,although self-discipline and heteronomy have been established,they cannot operate effectively.This thesis analyses the experience of foreign countries in dealing with the anomic phenomena of journalism.At last,this thesis points out the way to solve the problem of journalistic anomic phenomena.We should improve self-discipline of journalisn,establish heteronomy mechanism,involving the public sector,news organizations and the third sector into the public management,change the idea of public governance and create a good industry environment.
