National unity education is of great significance to the maintenance and development of the harmonious relationship of equality,unity and mutual assistance among all ethnic groups.A good effect of national unity education can provide a powerful impetus and guarantee for the long-term stability of the country and the common prosperity of all ethnic groups.Through the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.This study selects the students from three senior high schools in ethnic minority areas as analysis samples,and probes into their natural identity characteristics,"acquired experience and ability from the point of view of students.And the relationship between the environmental factors and the effect of students'national unity.Through the correlation analysis,the influence of the above three factors on the effect of the national unity education is significant,mainly in the students'grasp of the relevant theoretical policy,the level of national unity consciousness,the will and the tendency of the interracial communication,And the influence of the behavior selection and the value judgment in the interracial communication.First of all,it explores the relationship between the characteristics of students' natural identity and the effect of students'national unity education.Students of different genders and ethnic groups also perform differently.The female students perform better in the mastery level of the theory and policy of national unity,the choice of inter-ethnic communication behavior and the value judgment,while the male students perform better than the female students in terms of ethnic stereotype.Ethnic minority students have a deeper understanding of the history and culture,traditional customs and other aspects of other ethnic groups,and have a better grasp of the relevant theories and policies of national unity,while non-ethnic minority students have a stronger desire for inter-ethnic exchanges.In the key situation,the behavior choice and value judgment are also more rational and objective.Secondly,the influence of students' acquired experience and ability on the results of national unity education will also be different.The students with extensive experience of inter-ethnic communication have a higher level of national unity consciousness,and the deeper their understanding of the historical,cultural and traditional customs of their own nationalities,the stronger their willingness to practice national unity.Students with a good level of non-native languages and characters have a deeper understanding and recognition of the theories and policies related to ethnic work and national unity education.Thirdly,students'family,community,campus and peer environment have a more significant impact on students.For students whose parents are farmers and herdsmen,the learning effect of relevant policy theories is better,while public parents,or parents engaged in individual industries,are more able to maintain correct inter-ethnic communication tendencies and ideas.The more students who are not members of their own nationality in family life,the more prominent they are in the mastery of relevant theories and policies,the treatment and treatment of inter-ethnic contradictions,and the willingness and tendency of inter-ethnic communication.However,the attitude of family and national unity,especially the dissatisfaction of family elders with other ethnic groups,will deal with inter-ethnic exchanges and inter-ethnic contradictions among students,and so on.There's a very negative impact on the job.Finally,in the community aspect,the guidance of community national unity propaganda,the proportion of community ethnic composition,and the community ethnic relationship are also important situational factors for students to learn national unity.On the whole,the good community ethnic unity situation,There is a positive correlation with the effect of students' national unity education.The harmonious atmosphere of ethnic unity on campus and more conditions for inter-ethnic communication on campus also play a positive role in promoting students' willingness to organize and communicate,mastering relevant policy theories and avoiding the emergence of ethnic stereotyping,on the contrary,It will seriously undermine the level of national unity of interaction of many parties.Only in this way can the goal of national unity education be realized more effectively.
