Research On The Pardon System In Tang Dynasty

As a means of maintaining the rule of the ancient emperors,the pardon system played a significant role in the political life of the Tang Dynasty.As the peak period of the Chinese feudal dynasty,the Tang Dynasty was also a mature period of the pardon system.It is undoubtedly meaningful to study the pardon system of the Tang Dynasty.The development of the pardon system to the Tang Dynasty is not only a sin of sin and is often given the function of pushing an administrative order.This article starts with the essays contained in the literature,with the reasons and conditions of pardon,and the operation of the essay.Research,to comprehensively analyze the structure and operation of the forgiveness system in the Tang Dynasty.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the evolution of the pardon system.It introduces the origin of the pardon system and the evolution from the Spring and Autumn Period to the Tang Dynasty.The second part introduces the classification,reasons and rituals of the pardon to introduce the general situation of the pardon system in the Tang Dynasty.Part of it is the focus of this paper.From the two aspects of the provisions of the book itself and the provisions of the law of Tang,the scope and limitations of the forgiveness are discussed.The fourth part is a side of the study of the history of pardon system,from the drafting of the script to the communication of the script.Then,go to the execution of the script to study the entire operation process of the script.
