Difficulties And Breakthroughs Of Micro Copyright Commercial Operations

The rise of the knowledge service model in the Internet field has made personal knowledge management and accurate content consumption increasingly prosperous,and become a new trend of content consumption gradually.The strong market demand,the change in users'reading habits and the way that the fragmentation of content emerging have brought tremendous opportunities and commercial value to micro-copy operations.With the gradual attempt of micro-copy commercial operations in the Internet environment,there are currently four major modes of micro-copy commercial operations:reward mode,micro-payment mode,backward charging mode and knowledge service mode.Micro-copyright commercial operation mode is a breakthrough and innovation of copyright commercial operation under the Internet era.It is a new application with the combination of content and technology.Micro-copyright commercial operation mode is also a new attempt to realize content,with mass storage of content resources,High-speed and convenient information services and cross-border integration of content resources.Compared with the commercial operation of traditional copyrights,micro-copyright commercial operations are more complicated in terms of rights protection and authorization.This is why there are many problems that cannot be ignored.After summarizing and analyzing,this paper finds that there are three major problems that hinder the micro-copyright commercial operation:First,micro-copyright rights are not easy to protect;second,micro-copyright authorization is not easy to go;third,the authorization of micro-copyright fragmentation leads to the disappearance of user reading integrity.In order to fully realize the commercial value of micro-copyright,it is necessary to analyze these problems and propose practical solutions.In view of the problems existing in the current micro-copyright commercial operation,based on the classification and analysis of micro-copyright commercial operation mechanism,laws and regulations and real-life cases,this paper puts forward three major suggestions:First,from technology to users,multi-layer protection of copyrights should be set up to ensure the smooth operation of micro-copyright commercial operations;the second is to change the traditional licensing model to"one-to-many" mode and establish a customized copyright royalty management system to accurately and transparently calculate the micro-copyright benefits of fragmented content to the author and other contributors,and form a settlement,so that the value of the micro-copyright transaction is gradually recognized by the various stakeholders of the authorization chain,thus will form a virtuous circle;the third is to combine the authorization of the fragmented content,taking care of the integrity of the reader's reading,an effective combination of fragmentation and integrity is achieved to fully exploit the commercial value of micro-copyrights.
