Research On Marx's Social Governance Thought And Its Modern Value

The concept,theory and practice of governance are changing along with the development of human society.In the process of explaining the scientific principles of productivity and production relations,the dialectical relationship between economic foundation and superstructure and its historical movement,Marx actually put forward a series of new views on society,social relations,social structure and social construction,which emphasized the great significance of social governance for the present and future society,and thus formed Marx's thought of social governance.Marx's thought of social governance is gradually developed in the process of criticizing the drawbacks of bourgeois state management,deeply grasping the interests of the proletariat,critically absorbing and drawing lessons from the social governance thoughts of bourgeois thinkers,utopian socialist thinkers,Hegel and other thinkers,which also played a crucial role in the transformation process of Marxist philosophy.Marx's thought of social governance is also contained in his great treatise in different periods.In the process of emphasizing the subjectivity of the masses and the basic role of productive forces in the social structure,Marx put forward new social and historical theory and emphasized the great significance of social governance for the transformation of the old society and the construction of the new society by using his new philosophy to expound the important concepts of human,society and social relations etc.Marx's thought of social governance has the characteristics of practicality,revolutionary and objectivity.It has made a series of new expositions on the important role of social governance,the essence of social governance and the practical requirements of social governance.Since the reform and opening up,China's social structure and social relations have undergone deep changes,the social domain shew a certain degree of independence,difference and diversity,and social governance under this situation is facing many new challenges.With the development of globalization,governance has become a global political choice to successfully meet various challenges.At the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee,the general goal of deepening the reform in an all-round way is to improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and to promote the modernization of the state governance system and governance capacity.The Nineteenth Congress reiterated this goal.Social governance is the basis of state governance and is an important task of economic and social development of China in the future.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,remarkable achievements have been made in social governance in China,and a significant transformation has been achieved from political management to social governance.However,due to the transformation of the main social contradictions in China and the changes of the international and domestic situation,some new contradictions and problems have arisen in social governance.The resolution of these contradictions is related to the realization of the goal of modernization of nationalgovernance and an important task of realizing the goal of modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.At present,social governance should grasp all the people-centered standpoints of Marx's social governance thought,adhere to the basic principles of governance,innovate the social governance system,and construct the benign interaction of government,market and society;adhere to Marx's dialectical thinking of social governance,improve social governance ability,effectively integrate the governance subjects of all parties,comprehensively promote governance by law and by virtue,build a pattern of social governance of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,improve the actual effect of social governance,and realize the multiple objectives of social governance in the new era.
