Research On The Legal Protection Of The Right To Human Rights Education

The research of the human rights education aims to provide a theoretical basis for evaluating and guiding the development of domestic human rights education under the rule of law.Study on legal guarantee is an attempt to explore the direction of the guarantee of the right to human rights education in China.From the perspective of the international community,international human rights documents provide a basis of international law for modern countries to develop human rights education and guarantee their right to human rights education.In China,many normative documents that directly or indirectly stipulate the right to human rights education provide the basis for the right to human rights education.The right of human rights education is a very complicated right.China has made certain efforts to safeguard the right of human rights education and has achieved some achievements.However,it should be attentioned that there are many deficiencies in the protection of human rights education rights in China.First,the right of human rights education is insufficiently protected in legislation.Second,the administrative guarantee for human rights education rights is absent.Third,the channels for relief of human rights education rights are not smooth.By analyzing and comparing the status quo of the protection of human rights education rights in typical foreign countries,we conclude that we should improve the relevant legislation through the improvement of human rights education rights,strengthen the construction of human rights education administrative system and law enforcement supervision,broadening the channels of relief for the right to human rights education.Through these efforts,we can gradually establish a human rights education system with Chinese characteristics and protect citizens' right to human rights and education effectively..
