As Trump's entry into the White House and the full implementation of the new government policy, the United States revised its geopolitical policy in the India Ocean Pacific region after the "Asia Pacific rebalance strategy" in the field of defense security.Among them, the United States,Japan, and Australia's trilateral defense cooperation as an important part of the US Trump administration's "Indo-Pacific Strategy" and the US,Japan,Australia, and India cooperation framework, symbolizes the deepening of the US "rebalancing strategy." In view of the new trend of the three border defense cooperation, the "regional coordination framework" formed in the United States,Japan and Australia is analyzed in the three dimensions of "behavior subject","system construction" and "practice implementation".It can be seen that the three party through the United States to achieve regional rebalance as the target of "Indo-Pacific Strategy",depending on the construction system. The United States,Japan and Australia have been integrated, and the trend towards further strengthening the relationship between Japan and Australia has been clearer. However,in the short term, the inherent differences between the members, especially the hierarchical level of the state power and the difference of the members' status in the region, will make it difficult to establish the "equilateral triangle alliance system".Using and promoting the objective reality of the differentiation of defense functions caused by the status hierarchy of the United States,Japan and Australia,it will effectively curb the development of the coordination relationship with economic means to disintegrate the interest cognition,in order to weaken the external pressure of the "US Japan and Australia defense coordination" on "Indo-Pacific” region.
